Returns and Damages
Any returns are subject to approval by management. Upon approval they are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge to cover the cost of handling and delivery. SPECIAL ORDER items are not eligible for a refund. All items returned must be in new condition. Delivery charges are not refundable.
If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where round trip delivery charges and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
How to Cancel An Order
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be charged to your account if product shipment cannot be stopped. To cancel an order, you must contact your sales associate. We will not accept a cancellation request via e-mail or fax. We will attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellations made after the 24-hour time frame.
Other Return Conditions
Items purchased as floor samples or clearance are AS-IS, no cancellations, returns, refunds, or service calls.
Custom orders (i.e. window treatments or any non-stocking item) are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours.
