Day Before Delivery
The day before your scheduled delivery, our Dispatch Team will call to verify your delivery address for routing purposes. Be sure to confirm your delivery date and to ensure that someone will be available at your home on that day.
Delivery Day
The day of your delivery our Delivery Team will call with a two-hour time frame. For your convenience, you may provide us with a call-ahead phone number which for our Delivery Team to contact when they are on their way. Our Delivery Team will keep you updated if there are any unforeseen delays.
HELPFUL DELIVERY TIPS!
Delivery Preparation:
- Clear room of old furniture.
- Clear obstructions from all sidewalks, stairs, and hallways.
- Be sure to notify our office when you set up your delivery of any special arrangements needed.
- All orders must be paid in full prior to setting delivery.
Sorry but The Delivery Team is Not Permitted to:
- Deliver any existing furniture to another address.
- Move any electronic equipment.
- Move existing furniture to another room.
Due to the high volume of deliveries that go out daily, your order will be prepared for delivery 48 hours in advance. For this reason, we will be unable to cancel a delivery within two days of the scheduled delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the service has been attempted or performed.
