Matter Brothers Furniture In-Home Delivery Service
Your furniture will be delivered by Matter Brothers Furniture's professional delivery service. Unlike common freight carriers, Matter Brothers Furniture Delivery Service consists of a trained two-person team that will deliver and set up your order from the truck into your home.
Let us do the heavy lifting. We will delivery your new furniture, set it up, and make sure that it meets all your expectations. We also remove all packaging and trash. The Matter Brothers Furniture delivery teams are experts in delivery and setup. Once your furniture arrives in our warehouse it is subject to a detailed inspection process. We unpack every carton before delivery to our customers. Once out of the box, all furniture undergoes a detailed inspection to ensure your new furniture is in perfect condition. All pieces are blanket wrapped and secured safely before transport to your home.
The day before your scheduled delivery a Matter Brothers Furniture customer service representative will call to confirm your address. The day of your delivery you will be contacted by our delivery team with an estimated two to four hour delivery window. Prior to the day of your scheduled delivery a time frame cannot be given, our delivery team route their trucks geographically the morning of delivery.
Customer Pick Up:
Customers may opt to pick up their furniture order. The furniture can be picked up at our Metro Warehouse in Ft Myers or at the store it was purchased at. If the customer elects to pick up at our Metro Warehouse, it is done by appointment only. Please call your sales associate to set this appointment. Customers wanting to pick their furniture up at the store of purchase should coordinate that with their sales person.
Metro Warehouse Pick-up Instructions
After making arrangements with our customer service department for pick-up, please review the following:
- Pick up hours are Monday thru Friday (except all major holidays) from 8:00am – 2:30pm.
- You must bring a copy of your sale and valid ID.
- Bring your own blankets, plastic, and/or tie down materials.
- Furniture will not be wrapped for pick up until after you have inspected it.
- Our staff will load the furniture, but please remember it is your responsibility to secure it in your vehicle.
- Consider weather conditions, it is Florida after all.
- Measure your vehicle door, trunk, or bed prior to pick up.
Inspect Your Order for Damage or Missing Parts: It is important for you to inspect your new furniture carefully.
Any damage made to the product itself, must be noted on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves. Please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the paperwork they ask you to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, we can assist in correcting the matter. If damage is noted, you may refuse the item or decide to keep it. If you choose to keep it, our service department will contact you within 48 hours to set up a service call. Please note that keeping a defective item does not warrant a discount.
If you have already accepted the order and find that parts are missing your sales person who will direct you to our service department.
